Mr. Arup Rakshit is the Nominee Director of The Clearing Corporation of India Limited (CCIL) since August 2026.

Mr. Arup Rakshit is the Head of Treasury at HDFC Bank and is responsible for the ALM, Proprietary Trading and Customer Business of Global Markets. Additionally, he is responsible for the GIFT City branch. He joined the Bank in 2006 and held leadership roles at Treasury Sales before becoming the Head of Treasury. Prior to joining HDFC Bank, he worked with Deutsche Bank and ABN AMRO, where he was in charge of treasury sales.

He holds a bachelor's degree in technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.
