Mr. Shailendra Jhingan is a Nominee Director (representative of ICICI Bank Ltd) of CCIL since May 2026.

He is a Head – Treasury and Economic Research, and responsible for proprietary trading across asset classes and duration management for Bank’s balance sheet. He has over 3 decades of experience in financial markets across economic research, fund management and proprietary trading. He has been with ICICI Group for more than 17 years and prior to joining the Bank, he was the MD & CEO of ICICI Securities Primary Dealership Ltd. (I-Sec PD). He was also the Chairman on the Board of Primary Dealers Association of India (PDAI) and Member of various committees set up by the regulators such as RBI, SEBI and IRDAI.

He holds Masters in Management Studies (Finance) from Mumbai University and BA(Hons) in Economics from Delhi University.
