Job Description of : Graduate Apprentice
Job Title : Graduate Apprentice- for IT Application Development and support	Department : Information Technology
Reports To : Sr. Manager /Manager	Experience : Fresher or 1 year experience
Preferred Qualification : B.E. / B. Tech / MCA	Required Qualification : B.E. / B. Tech / MCA
Skill, Knowledge & Trainings : Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English
Core Competencies : The selected candidate would carry out activities across the Software Development Lifecycle such as documentation of requirements and test cases, programming, testing and application production support. Coordination within and between departments is also an important part of this role. The candidate should be willing and able to perform their tasks with due diligence and care. The role offers excellent leaning opportunities in working as part of the IT team of an end-user organization for which IT plays a very critical role

Key Responsibility : • Documentation of requirements • Application Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance of Projects. • Production Support and Change Implementation for Projects assigned • Production Monitoring & Automation of Production Support Activities • Peer Review, Analysis and Troubleshooting. • Test case documentation • Coordination with other teams such as Network, Infra, System Admin in day to day activities • Coordination with Users • Willingness to work in shifts
